	Conductive Grid Tape Grid tape is the perfect adhesive tape for applications requiring EMI shielding. Our proprietary three-layer tape provides nonsparking surfaces on both the inside and the outside. A conductive grid is buried between two static dissipating copolymer substrates that will not shed, crack, chip or rub off.

Conductive Grid Tape is a three layer polypropylene material including a conductive grid middle layer with static dissipative chemistry in the adhesive. Conductive Grid Tape provides conductive shielding that is ideal for use at ESD safe workstations where ESD sensitive components and devices are handled and manufactured. Conductive Grid inhibits static charging on tape exterior. The inner grid layer will not shed, flake, crack, chip or rub off. The grid pattern and ESD symbol alerts technicians that the package contains ESD sensitive parts. It is packaged in a 3" core and is 36 meters long.

Conductive Grid Tape is designed to be used in an ESD sensitive environment that required EMI Shielding. This conductive tape has a conductive grid buried between two copolymer materials. This Anti Static Tape ensures reliable protection for any sensitive device that might be damaged by normal insulating tapes. Conductive Grid Layer has surface resistivity of 103 – 104 Ohms/Sq. maximum temperature of 140°.
